Dear Lucy. We provide all the services available with descriptions when you book in online. You can see where it states `Gel Manicure` or `Gel Pedicure` & so on. Had you tried to book this in on line (with me), it wouldn't have allowed you to do so. Sorry that you were disappointed to not receive a gel service but that you were pleased at least with the mini manicure that you had booked.. Best Wishes.
